These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colyra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Colyra only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing electronic communications, marketing, and professional referrals. You are responsible for the content you send through the platform.
3. Referrals & fees
Colyra provides tools to track referrals you send and receive. Colyra does not process, route, hold, or take a share of any referral fee. Fees are arranged and paid directly between you, other operators, and your respective brokers, in compliance with applicable law.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colyra disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
